Meet the Management Team
Paul Donlon - Managing Director
Originally from a purchasing background within the automotive sector, Paul moved into technology sales in late 90s. After gaining sales experience at an IT reseller for a couple of years, he knew he had the ability to put together a team himself. He wanted a business that would focus more on traditional service values whilst still being at the cutting edge of the ever changing technology industry. He is of the firm belief that people still do and always will like to be advised and feel looked after as a customer. In 2000 Paul set up Xenith and is very proud of the fact that our very first customer is still with us some 21 years later.
Outside of work, Paul is an FA qualified football coach and is heavily involved in youth football which is a real passion. As a Birmingham City fan, he fully realises that it’s not always the winning that counts!
Anne Green - Sales Manager
Anne has been in IT Sales since 1995! Previous to joining the IT Industry, Anne was in both the Legal & Healthcare Sectors. She joined Xenith in 2003 with a wealth of IT and sales experience. In her position at Xenith, as well as her managerial role, she also looks after a wide variety of clients from many business sectors, she prides herself on the highest service levels whilst always maintaining competitive prices. Anne demands the highest standardsfrom her suppliers and in turn, goes over and above to take care of her customers!
When Anne’s not in the office she enjoys keeping fit, cooking, family time, sunny holidays and absolutely loves her animals.
Amanda Coombes - Finance Director
Amanda's background was one of worldwide IT software sales, marketing and support before she joined Xenith over 20 years ago.
Her role at Xenith is a very varied one, she oversees the accounting, financial performance, corporate governance and human resources areas of the business, a key member of the team.
Out of the office Amanda enjoys spending quality time with the family. She also has a keen interest in anything design or property related.
